To make dhokla from Nature Lite's dhokla premix, you can follow these steps: 

Put Nature Lite's dhokla premix in a deep bowl and add water.
Mix the batter well until there are no lumps.
Preheat a steamer for 5 minutes.
Add the batter to a greased plate.
Steam the dhokla on high heat for 12–15 minutes.
Here are some tips for making dhokla: 

Use sour curd when making the batter.
Let the batter rest for 25–30 minutes so the premix can soak properly.
Add oil to give the dhokla shine and softness.
The batter should be thick enough to coat the back of a spoon, but thin enough that it doesn't have a ribbon consistency.
