1. Ingredients:
   - Idli premix
   - Water
   - Oil or ghee (for greasing)

2. Instructions:

   a. Mixing:
   - Take the required quantity of idli premix in a bowl.

   b. Adding Water:
   - Gradually add water to the premix while stirring continuously. The mixture should be smooth and without lumps. The consistency should be similar to a thick pancake batter.

   c. Resting Time:
   - Allow the batter to rest for about 10-15 minutes. This allows the ingredients to blend well.

   d. Preparing the Steamer:
   - Meanwhile, fill the idli steamer or a large pot with water and bring it to a boil.

   e. Greasing the Molds:
